About SaveForMeNow

SaveForMeNow is a collection of 118+ free tools for everyday file jobs: compressing and resizing images, converting video and audio, merging and splitting PDFs, counting words, making QR codes and more. Pick a tool, add your file, and download the result. There's no account to create and no watermark on anything you make.

Who runs it

SaveForMeNow is built and run by Deloar, an independent web developer. It started as a small set of tools for jobs that kept coming up (shrinking a photo for an upload form, turning a phone video into something that fits in an email) and grew from there. Every tool is written, tested and maintained in-house, and new ones are added when people ask for them.

Why your files stay private

Almost every tool on this site runs inside your browser. When you compress an image or merge a PDF, the work is done by your own device, so the file is never uploaded to us. That's safer for personal documents and photos, it's faster because nothing has to travel over the internet, and many tools keep working offline once the page has loaded.

The one exception is the link shortener: to make a short link work, we have to store the long link it points to. Our privacy policy explains exactly what is kept and why.

Why it's free

Because the tools run on your device, they cost very little to host. The site is paid for by a small number of ads and an occasional recommendation for a service we use ourselves. Ads only use cookies if you allow them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. There are no paid plans and no features held back.

What we ask of you

Only process files you have the right to use. Please read our terms and acceptable use policy, and see Copyright & DMCA if you believe something infringes your rights.
