How do I extract audio from a video?
Add your video, choose MP3, M4A or WAV, and click Extract audio. MP3 plays everywhere, M4A (AAC) sounds slightly better at the same size, and WAV is uncompressed for editing. For MP3 and M4A you can choose 128 to 320 kbps; 192 kbps is recommended.
