How do I make a passport photo at home?

Take a photo facing the camera against a plain wall, with even light and a neutral expression. Add it here, choose the size your document needs, and drag the frame so your head is centred with a little space above it. You can replace the background with white, off-white or light blue using an AI model that runs in your browser.

Download a single photo at 300 DPI for online applications, or a 6 × 4 inch (10 × 15 cm) sheet with several copies to print at a photo shop. Requirements differ between countries and change over time, so always check the official rules for your document, such as head size and background colour.
