Acceptable Use Policy

SaveForMeNow is free for everyone, and we want to keep it that way. This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may not do when using saveformenow.com and its tools (the "Site"). It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Don't use the Site for illegal or harmful content

You must not use any tool, including the file tools, QR code generator and link shortener, to create, convert, share or link to content that:

• is illegal where you are or where it is accessed;
• sexually exploits or endangers children in any way (we will report this to the authorities);
• shares someone's intimate images without their consent;
• threatens, harasses, bullies or promotes violence against any person or group;
• promotes terrorism or violent extremism;
• infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
• contains personal or confidential information about others that you have no right to share; or
• is designed to deceive people, such as fake documents, impersonation or fraudulent material.

2. Don't misuse the link shortener or QR codes

Short links and QR codes must not be used to:

• link to phishing pages, scams, malware, viruses or other harmful software;
• hide the real destination of a link in order to trick people;
• send spam, including unsolicited bulk emails, messages or comments;
• get around another service's security, filters or blocklists; or
• point to any of the content described in section 1.

We may check destination URLs against safety lists, and we may disable any short link at any time without notice.

3. Don't interfere with the Site

You must not:

• attempt to hack, probe, scan or test the Site's security, or get around any limits or protections;
• overload the Site, for example with excessive automated requests or denial-of-service attacks;
• use bots, scrapers or scripts to access the Site in bulk, or to create short links in bulk, without our written permission;
• introduce malware or any code intended to cause harm;
• copy, reframe or resell the Site or its tools as your own service; or
• use the Site in any way that could damage it or stop others from using it.

Security researchers who find a vulnerability are welcome to report it responsibly to info@saveformenow.com before disclosing it publicly.

4. Respect other people's work

Only process, download or convert files that you own, that you have permission to use, or where your use is allowed by law (such as fair use). The "Download from link" feature, when available, must not be used to download content in breach of copyright or of the source website's terms. See our Copyright & DMCA Policy.

5. What happens if this policy is broken

If we believe someone has broken this policy, we may, without notice:

• remove or disable short links or other content;
• block or limit access to the Site from certain users, IP addresses or networks;
• report illegal activity to law enforcement and cooperate with their investigations; and
• take any other action allowed by law.

6. Reporting abuse

If you come across a short link, QR code or anything else on SaveForMeNow that breaks this policy, please tell us at info@saveformenow.com. Include the short link or other details that help us find it, and a short explanation of the problem. We review every report.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
