How do I speed up or slow down a video?
Choose a speed and press Change speed. At 2× a one-minute clip becomes 30 seconds; at 0.5× it becomes two minutes. The sound is sped up or slowed down with it, while keeping voices at their normal pitch, or you can remove the sound completely.
It runs in your browser with ffmpeg, so your video is never uploaded. Files up to about 120 MB work best.

Questions
Does slow motion look smooth?
It shows the same frames for longer, so very slow speeds can look choppy. Videos filmed at 60 fps or more look best slowed down.
Do voices sound like chipmunks at 2×?
No. The pitch is kept, so speech just sounds faster.
How do I make a timelapse?
Use 4×, then run the result through again for 16×.
